I suspect that the problem is similar to what I have had in the past on my WC where i had to revmove the lever assembly, reposition the gears to neutral and bolt back the top. If the fluid hasn't been changed for awhile, it would be wise to change it anyway. Oil is cheap compared to transmission problems. Otherwise place a 5 gallon bucket under it and drain the sump. I think its 8 bolts if I remember correctly. The screen is attached to the sump.

My 200 was jumping out of third. I replaced the shifter fork which was broken and the 185 shifter rod and the detent springs and added the other springs that Dr Allis recommended. Still jumping out of third going downhill but not as bad and I can hold gear shift and it tries but won't jump out. I replaced with all AGCO parts.
